Cauză

Tipul de suport şi dimensiunea hârtiei nu sunt configurate corect.

Acţiune

Apăsaţi butonul Oprire (Stop) de pe aparat pentru a revoca imprimarea, modificaţi setarea tipului de suport sau a dimensiunii hârtiei, apoi imprimaţi din nou.

• Atunci când tipul de suport este setat pe Photo Paper Plus Glossy II:

  Setaţi dimensiunea hârtiei la 10x15 cm 4"x6" (4"x6" 10x15cm) (Windows)/4 x 6 (Mac) sau 13x18 cm 5"x7" (5"x7" 13x18cm) (Windows)/5 x 7 (Mac).

• Atunci când tipul de suport este setat pe Glossy Photo Paper:

  Setaţi dimensiunea hârtiei la 10x15 cm 4"x6" (4"x6" 10x15cm) (Windows)/4 x 6 (Mac).

• Atunci când tipul de suport este setat pe Plic (Envelope):

  Setaţi dimensiunea hârtiei la Plic comercial 10 (Envelope Com 10) (Windows)/Envelope #10 (Mac) sau Plic DL (Envelope DL) (Windows/Mac).
